Christopher Lum Lee, CWDP, ABCP, is the CEO of TriSec, Inc., a Hawaii-based security and professional services company specializing in security operations, training, workforce development, and organizational resilience. With experience spanning the public, private, and nonprofit sectors, Christopher focuses on developing innovative approaches to strengthen the security workforce through career pathways, professional development, and expanded opportunities within the industry.
In addition to his work with TriSec, Inc., Christopher serves as the Chair of the O'ahu Workforce Development Board and as a member of the Hawaii Workforce Development Council and the Hawaii Regional Economic Stewardship and Advancement Economic Development District Policy Board, where he supports initiatives focused on workforce systems, economic resilience, and industry development. He is a Certified Workforce Development Professional (CWDP) and Associate Business Continuity Professional (ABCP), combining expertise in workforce strategy, business continuity, and security management to help organizations prepare for evolving operational challenges.
