To align security with business objectives, security professionals must go beyond physical threats and technical risks.

This webinar explores how security practitioners can enhance their impact by strengthening their understanding of their organization.

Participants will learn how to analyze decision-making structures, organizational hierarchies, and internal stakeholders — as well as assess external drivers such as market forces, competitors, and geopolitical dynamics.

The session will introduce a selection of well-established models and frameworks, to support a more strategic and business-aligned approach to security.

Whether you are new to enterprise security or looking to deepen your leadership influence, this webinar will provide practical tools and perspectives to help you better understand — and engage with — the broader environment in which your organization operates.
