Panelists*
Brian H. Reich, CPP is a Global Security leader who currently serves as Head of Corporate Security and Workplace Safety for a large publicly traded financial services firm. In prior roles, Brian has served in senior level global security roles at Time Warner Cable, Capital One and most recently, CIT Group as their Board Appointed Chief Security Officer.
Brian’s academic credentials include a Master of Science degree in Administration; the John F. Kennedy School of Government, Harvard University Executive program for Crisis Management graduate; the West Point Command and Leadership program graduate and the John Jay College of Criminal Justice 54th Professional Security Management Program.
During Brian’s prior public sector career, he was appointed through the Office of the Sheriff and County Prosecutor’s Office, in Bergen County, NJ landing as a Deputy Chief with oversight of a team of senior leaders (Captains, Lieutenants) responsible for 600+ employees in the largest county in NJ located just outside of New York City.
Brian is a member of ASIS International and a Board-Certified Protection Professional (CPP), and a DRI International certified Business Continuity Professional. Brian is currently the Vice-Chair of the New York City ASIS Chapter and an ASIS International CSO Center for Leadership and Development Board of Directors member. Over the years, Brian has been a guest speaker and tapped CNN, Fox News, MSNBC, Trutv, CBS and ABC for a variety of security and law enforcement related topics. Brian has been very involved in speaking on the topic of public to private career transition and has been a featured speaker at the NYPD Executive Luncheon forum, the FBINA Associates Conference, the NJ Police Chiefs Association and the Florida Police Chiefs Association.
Allison Sands

Allison Sands is a former FBI Agent, intelligence analyst, and security consultant who is passionate about keeping people safe where they live, work, and play. She leads the Global Security Operations team at Roku, where she is responsible for the security of Roku's offices worldwide, executive risk mitigation programs, and threat detection and management. She is also the founder and President of Project Hummingbird - a company that seeks to prevent violence by providing training in de-escalation and conflict resolution that combines academic research with real-life experiences to save lives and careers. She has a bachelor's degree in psychology from Northwestern University and a master’s degree in security policy from Georgetown University. She was a Presidential Management Fellow for the U.S. Navy prior to pursuing a career in intelligence analysis of the Department of Defense. Allison was a security and intelligence consultant in the United Arab Emirates prior to returning to federal service. A Chicago native and Bears fan for life, she currently lives in northern California where she loves to explore the local wineries, ski slopes, hiking trails, and dog parks.
Brian Tuskan

Microsoft
Brian Tuskan has over 30 years of experience in law enforcement and the private security sector. He is the Chief Security Officer, Sr. Director for Global Security Operations in the Microsoft Global Workplace Services Organization, responsible for the physical security of all of Microsoft’s global corporate locations.
Brian spent 12 years in law enforcement with the City of Redmond Police (Washington) and the Honolulu Police Department as a patrol officer, SWAT, ATV officer, and detective.
Brian was named one of The Most Influential People in Security 2017. He founded Cop to Corporate, providing free advice for law enforcement professionals to plan their transition to the private sector. He is also a champion of diversity, equity, and inclusion, supporting many Women in security associations and the International Organization of Black Security Executives (IOBSE).
Brian has a Criminal Justice degree from Wayland Baptist University, is a graduate of the University of Washington (Foster School of Business, EDP), and received an Executive Leadership Certificate from Georgetown University.
