This session will explain to you all the information you want to know about ASIS certifications.  It will go over each of the available programs, tools, and resources, and how these have promoted our professional development and career path. We will also discuss study methods and preparation recommendations for taking the examination.

Meshal Aljohani

Meshal has been in the security industry nearly 14 years in various capacities. He is working as Security Group Supervisor on Aramco company. 

He has also acquired the ASIS International Triple Crown: Certified Protection Professional (CPP), Physical Security Professional (PSP) and Professional Certified Investigator (PCI) certifications. 

He has been recognized for his great work as a security professional as 2023 ASIS NextGen of the year award, a finalist for the 2022 In-House Security Individual or Team of the Year in the Security & Fire Excellence Awards and as the “Most Outstanding Young Security Professional—Saudi Arabia” by Corporate Vision. 

He is serving on ASIS Professional Development Community Steering Committee. 

Jakson Philips

Jakson Philips is a security professional with over 26 years of experience in security matters, with a set of achievements, and proven abilities, hard and soft, among other skills in a wide range of roles.

He has worked in the Military sector, Oil and Gas, and the Humanitarian Context, in several countries across LATAM. 

With a degree in Law and a Master's Degree in Criminal Law and Criminology, he also achieved the ASIS International Triple Crown in a period of six months. He currently is a Security Consultant for the Humanitarian Federation, and the International Planned Parenthood Federation (IPPF) across LATAM and The Caribbean Region.
