Michelly is the Corporate Security Manager for Brazil & South Cone at Henkel. Specializing in crafting and executing robust security strategies, she ensures compliance and adeptly mitigates risks. Prior to her role at Henkel, Michelly excelled as a Senior Consultant in Compliance, Forensics, and Intelligence at Control Risks. At Meta, she led analysts across Latin America as a Fusion Operations Center Lead.

Michelly holds a PhD in International Strategic Studies, complemented by a Master's and Bachelor's in International Relations, as well as an MBA in Strategy and Contemporary Studies. With a remarkable 13 years of academic and professional expertise, she recently authored a book on regional dynamics in nuclear decisions, with a focus on Brazil, India, and Israel. Michelly's dedication to the field is further demonstrated by her recent role as Next Gen Director of the ASIS São Paulo Chapter.

Anderson Nakamura, CPP, is a highly qualified security professional from Brazil with a proven track record in the industry. As the Head of Global Security Operations Centers for the Americas at Meta, he brings a wealth of experience to the table, having previously worked with the United Nations Security and Safety Department and law enforcement agencies in Brazil. He holds a master's degree in International Security from the prestigious University of Leicester and is a Certified Protection Professional with ASIS, attesting to his expertise. Anderson's dedication to the field is further demonstrated by his role as President of the ASIS São Paulo Chapter, where he is committed to advancing the security profession in Brazil and beyond.
