Corporate security leaders are increasingly being expected to honor their company’s policies and procedures in relation to diversity, equity and inclusion – but few have managed to articulate the business case for diversity within a corporate security setting. Why is diversity essential for successful corporate security? What does industry best practice look like? And how can corporate security departments get started on their diversity journey?

Drawing on new research conducted by The Clarity Factory and published by the ASIS Foundation, report author, Rachel Briggs OBE, will outline what they found and offer practical suggestions for corporate security professionals – no matter how new they are to diversity efforts.

The report will be available from ASIS International ahead of the webinar, allowing participants the opportunity to review it ahead of the event. Pre-reading is not essential.
