Anil and Don will discuss the dynamic nature of gun violence, how businesses are responding, and solutions & technology development. The threat landscape continues to evolve, with increasing threats and vulnerabilities. We will discuss the emerging threat landscape and approaches to reduce the risk of them occurring.

Anil Chitkara is a member of the Evolv Technology Executive Leadership Team, where he serves as Chief Growth Officer. Anil co-founded the company along with Mike Ellenbogen in August 2013. At Evolv he led the first 50 customer engagements, and he continues to work with Evolv’s largest customers. He launched Evolv’s Sports & Entertainment business that now has 50 U.S. professional teams among its customers and ran the product organization that developed the Evolv Express product. He now develops new markets and businesses for Evolv.
His background includes positions at Oco, Inc, PTC, and Accenture. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Boston University, and an MBA from The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College.
Don Aviv, CPP, PSP, PCI

Mr. Aviv oversees day-to-day operations and heads Interfor’s Global Investigations & Security Consulting divisions. Prior to Interfor, Mr. Aviv was the head of Global Security & Investigations for a Fortune 500 technology company.
Assisted by the talented team at Interfor, Mr. Aviv directly supports Chief Security Officers and General Counsel of some of the leading corporations, financial institutions and family offices around the world. While at Interfor, Mr. Aviv has managed, led, and coordinated teams on thousands of cases, many with complex aspects and multinational reaches.
An authority on physical security, threat mitigation and corporate security matters, Mr. Aviv serves as an expert witness on security-related legal matters. His credentials include: Board Certified Protection Professional (CPP); Board Certified Physical Security Professional (PSP); Professional Certified Investigator (PCI) and licensed New York State Investigator. Mr. Aviv serves as the Vice Chairman of the ASIS International Security Services Council. He is an executive board member of Strength-to-Strength, a non-profit organization dedicated to supporting victims of terrorism. Mr. Aviv is also a board member of The Community Security Service, a non-profit organization dedicated to training and protecting local communities.
Mr. Aviv received a B.A. from the University of Rochester and an M.S. in Criminal Justice from Suffolk University. He served as Adjunct Professor University of Maryland University College (UMUC), teaching Homeland Security and Emergency Management courses.
