When you start your company, you may not be thinking about selling it eventually. But the planning procedure may begin earlier then you think. From day one, the most important advice is to plan to sell and to prepare your company for an eventual Exit Strategy. This session explains the various options for selling your company, from "Liquidation", to "Selling to a Competitor," to "Giving it to your Family Members" to "Working with a Team of Business Brokers." At the end of the presentation, you will have a more complete understanding of how to plan for your future, whatever you decide to do.

Upon completion, participants will be able to:

  • At the end of this session participants will learn how to prepare their companies for the future, keeping in mind increasing the value and, if, they decide to do so, to sell it for the greatest amount of money.
