From day one, the most important advice is to plan to sell and to prepare your company for an eventual Exit Strategy. This session explains the various options for selling your company, from "Liquidation", to "Selling to a Competitor," to "Giving it to your Family Members" to "Working with a Team of Business Brokers." At the end of the presentation, you will have a more complete understanding of how to plan for your future, whatever you decide to do.
