Jonathan Frost, CPP, PSP, PCI, is a Vice President in Marsh Advisory, Consulting Solutions, Property Risk Consulting Practice and is based in the Detroit office. He is responsible for growth and expansion of the specialty security consulting practice. Jonathan has an extensive security background that started during his time in the Marines, where he was assigned to the Presidential Retreat, Camp David. Jonathan has been in the security and law enforcement world for more than 25 years and provides guidance to Marsh clients around all aspects of physical security. 

Paul Cushman
Director of Security  |  Alaska Native Tribal Health Consortium (ANTHC)

Paul Cushman is the Director of Corporate Security and Security Systems at the Alaska Native Tribal Health Consortium (ANTHC), where he leads efforts to ensure the safety and security of healthcare facilities serving Alaska Native communities. With almost two decades of law enforcement and security management experience, Paul specializes in addressing the unique challenges of healthcare security in remote and diverse environments.

Under his leadership, ANTHC has implemented innovative security protocols and training programs that prioritize patient and staff safety while fostering a culture of trust and collaboration. Paul is committed to enhancing community engagement and building strong partnerships with local law enforcement and emergency services.

Paul holds certifications in healthcare security from IAHSS. He is an active member of several professional organizations, where he shares his expertise and advocates for best practices in healthcare security.

In his free time, Paul enjoys exploring Alaska’s natural beauty, hiking, and spending quality time with his family.
