ASIS Europe: OT Security- The Achilles Heel of Production Installations

In this presentation we'll take you through our journey: from realising the potential consequences, to teaming up with the key stakeholders and discovering the strengths and weaknesses in the organisation.

A project was set up under the leadership of security (not cyber security) to globally assess the current security posture. This initiative provided senior management and the different stakeholders great insights, knowledge, and - most importantly - how to counter the risk.
