The New Federal Security Landscape - Are You Prepared?
The federal security landscape is evolving alongside the private sector. What are the new High-Risk areas of concern and how are emerging threats (cyber, UAS) changing the way federal facilities are protected? How are these new risks balanced against traditional ones? A panel of senior security professionals from a diverse set of federal Departments and Agencies will address these questions as well as how the Interagency Security Committee (ISC) is responding. In the process they will also look at the risk of not complying with ISC policies, standards and recommendations. The implications certainly extend to the private sector.
Upon completion, participants will be able to:
- Comprehend the contemporary federal security environment.
- Determine if they are prepared to meet that environment and assess how they can be better postured to do so.
- Understand how to contribute to enhancing federal facility security and protection.
