Mr. Volpi started his career in retail loss prevention, working internationally with companies such as Polo Ralph Lauren, where he created the position of Chief Security Officer in New York City. He?s also been a security consultant with ITT and a specialized claims investigator with Equifax and the Insurance Crime Prevention Institute. He has worked across industries from securing the supply chain of the National Institute of Health, to dismantling international organized crime groups trafficking contraband products, including medicines and medical products, document fraud, drugs, guns, liquor and cigarettes. In founding the PICA Corporation, Mr. Volpi started one of the first investigation and security consulting companies in the Latin American Region pre-NAFTA in Mexico. It has been recognized as a world leader in brand protection, loss prevention, risk management and security consulting by the Security 500, among others.

Lindsey DeBord

Lindsey DeBord is a former Senior Adviser for the U.S. Department of State and investigator for the Department of Defense. She returned to PICA as Vice President in 2018. Lindsey's background includes significant experience working in the Middle East and Southeast Asia with a 15-year solid track record in the investigative, analytical, and operational fields. Lindsey previously represented PICA as Senior Director of Research and Development from 2008 to 2010, before relaunching into the government sector. Her responsibilities included conducting high level due diligence, identifying strategic opportunities, and supporting the growth of PICA?s cyber security platform. Lindsey graduated from the University of North Texas in 2001 with a BS in Criminal Justice and Psychology. She is based in her home state in PICA's Dallas office.
