Scoring a crisis management response is an ideal way to assist a company's future processes by identifying areas of weakness or non-conformity in an event. This information should support future learning. But is it possible to score a crisis response and if so, how do you do it? The presentation will discuss the journey taken on this particular problem and share the outcomes of the project.
