Joshua En, Real Time Coverage Analyst at samdesk, is an experienced intelligence analyst that manages the quality of data outputs and content (i.e. alerts) to ensure users are receiving timely and relevant information. Truly a subject matter expert on critical events and their impact. Josh also was with the Canadian Arm Forces as an Intelligence Analyst for 4 years.

Josh holds a B.Comm from the University of Alberta.

Radha Saikia, Customer Success Specialist at samdesk, is an experienced practitioner in customer care along with previous role held as Data Intelligence Analyst.  Her skill set encompasses a varied spectrum from data intelligence to customer management.
