He previously served in a variety of senior management roles in high technology companies spanning Web development, healthcare, and satellite communications. Steve is the author of The Five Technological Forces Disrupting Security, winner of the ASIS International 2017 Book of the Year Award. He currently serves as Chairman of the Standards Committee for the Security Industry Association (SIA), and served multiple terms on the SIA Board of Directors, which recently awarded him the 2019 Lippert Memorial Award. He holds numerous patents in the field of physical security, and has been honored by Security Magazine as one of The Top 25 Most Influential People in the Security Industry. Mr. Van Till was previously Director of Internet Consulting for Publicis Sapient, where he led strategy engagements for clients ranging from venture startups to the Fortune 500. At the healthcare informatics company HCIA, Steve was responsible for Internet strategy for data analytics services. Steve also has over ten years experience in wireless communications as Vice President of Software Development at Geostar and as Director of Systems Engineering at Communications Satellite Corporation.

Kelly Bond is Vice President of Dealer Development at Brivo. With over 20 years experience in mergers, acquisitions and dealer programs in the electronic security industry, Kelly's priority at Brivo is to develop and lead programs for our partners that provide additional opportunities for their ongoing growth and success. Prior to joining Brivo, Kelly was the SVP of Business Development for Alarm Capital Alliance where she was responsible for increasing company growth and driving the overall business-to-business development strategy. In her career in the industry, she has been engaged in creating and implementing dealer programs, portfolio due diligence, negotiation of and assimilation of transactions. Kelly currently serves on SIA's Women in Security Forum and is the National Scholarship Chair for ESA.
